Every family is assigned a Learning Coach to work directly with their family.  The Learning Coach is trained on how to execute an individualized plan for each student’s success, and any Ashley Tutors Lesson Coach will facilitate strong communication between both the child and parent.  The Lesson Coach will check in a specific times during the first several sessions to ensure a fast start.

The goals of the Learning Coach Program are:

  • Communicate the program goals and ensure the student understands the expectations
  • Review and monitor student progress, determine if any adjustments are needed to learning plan
  • Develop a connection with the student and act as a guide as they move from enrollment to program completion
