DC area families have a new technology tool to help keep their children safe this summer!  Ashley Tutors is offering FREE premium access to Code9, a smart phone app that helps keep young children safe.

With less tutoring happening over the next few months and kids out of school, we want everyone to have a fun – and safe summer.  That is why we teamed up with Code9 Mobile to give parents  completely free access to a child safety app from June 15th through September 1st.

Installing Code9 allows parents to receive  detailed insights about how children use their phones and alerts parents to dangerous terms regarding alcohol, drugs or even sexting in text messages.  Real-time GPS location tracking is also provided, as is the ability to block calls during curfew hours, such as late at night.Code9 has won multiple awards from parent and safety groups, including the National Parenting Center’s Seal of Approval and the Rising Star Award from Mobile Village.  Ashley Tutors believes in strong communication between parents and children.  Code9 helps facilitate that conversation with younger children while keeping them safe from online predators and bullies.
