CenterTrac is an efficient communication system used by Ashley Tutors that e-mails parents summaries of their student's sessions with their instructor. Within 24 hours of each session, the instructor prepares a report in CenterTrac detailing the student's energy, preparation, progress and a general summary. That report is reviewed by an Ashley Tutors administrator, and is e-mailed to the parents, teacher or doctors involved in your student's education.

Session Note: After struggling a bit to settle down, Sasha and I had a very productive session. We worked mainly on her literature homework and reviewed her book report due later in the week. I really feel like Sasha is beginning to enjoy reading and that is something I hope she feels for the rest of her life!
It is important to know that Ashley Tutors is one of only two locations in Washington, DC area that uses a system like CenterTrac. Our clients have told us multiple times, CenterTrac is a testament to how important Ashley Tutors views communication, and in turn, students' educations.
I'm very pleased with how these sessions are progressing. In only three weeks I think my son has already made great progress with his instructor Dave. He is thinking through his answers a bit more thoroughly, his handwriting is neater, and he is becoming more confident.
In addition, I'm impressed with the speed of the "CenterTrac" reports. With the detailed session reports, I am really able to build on what our tutor is working on in between sessions.
